El Dorado Oasis
We are an outdoor venue, a place to gather with breath taking modern desert landscaping for you to mold your special event. We are a perfect location to create a memorable event with plenty of photo opportunities.

What type of events are held here?
Weddings, quinceaneras, birthday parties, retirement parties, anniversary parties, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, baby reveal, office party, holiday parties. We offer a stress free environment for corporate and business events.
El Dorado Oasis is an excellent location for photography shoots.
You and your guest will enjoy a private two acre gated venue, with a 1500sq. foot lighted out door event floor, surrounded by beautiful eye catching landscaping, manicured grassy area, waterfalls, mountains to set the tone for a magical event.
Our multi purpose bonus room is perfect as a caterer’s serve station, bartenders, or mixologists!
While we can accommodate some light food storage; we highly recommend that you bring your food (or catered food) ready to serve and dishes that are disposable or washable off-site.
Daily hours of operation:
Our event venue is available for reservation from 9am to 10pm Tuesday through Thursday, and Friday through Sunday 9:00am 12:00am.
We are closed on Monday’s.
It is important to note that all events must be checked out by the agreed contract hours.
Please consider setup and breakdown when selecting your preferred time slot.
Please note that some hours can be extended for special events or holidays.

Wedding packages, and corporate rates available.
Setup and clean-up activities must be done within the allocated booking hours.
Deposit:
To secure your event date, a Non-refundable deposit is required, this deposit will be credited towards your final payment.
Also a security deposit is required, and refundable upon completion of contract conditions.
One Day event insurance may apply depending on your event.
Parking:
Because we are located on a private road you will have ample designated parking on site for you and your guests. Additional street parking is available.
Capacity:
Enjoy an intimate space for up to 150 guests; seated or standing such as weddings, special occasions, corporate event, cocktail events, art events, music events. Sometimes all you need is a special place to gather, for your special event. We offer just that for you to create amazing memories. (75 Additional guest can be accommodated)
Food & Drinks
We welcome you to BYO (bring your own) when it comes to food and drinks. The beauty of having your event at “El Dorado Oasis” is that you can bring your own food and drinks. We have an enclosed multi purpose room that is perfect for a serve station for caterers, bartenders, or mixologists! We highly recommend that you bring your catered food
ready to serve and dishes that are disposable or washable off-site.
Alcohol is allowed:
El Dorado Oasis is a BYO (bring your own) venue. This means that the assigned user is allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, etc. You must take full responsibility for the safety of Your guest and yourselves along with abiding by all laws of California. We highly
recommend hiring a licensed & insured bartender should you decide to serve alcohol. Please also consider your own security.
El Dorado Oasis: We offer some rentable party items:
To add a little extra to your special event, you may need to rent special items: PA sound system-microphones, folding chairs, tables, canopies, jumpers, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine. We are here to assist you, no need to hassle with delivery, and pick up; for your convenience we will simply have them ready for your event.
We are delighted to offer assistance in connecting you with a range of our preferred vendors to enhance your special event. Our network includes Wedding coordinator, event planner, caterer, bar tender, Dj, photographer, balloon installation, party rental, and other professionals who can contribute in making your occasion truly exceptional.
Just A Few Things To Remember:
Please do not hang anything on the ceilings or lights
No Open Flames (beyond normal (not trick) birthday candles).
No Deep fryers or frying on-site
No unapproved vendors on site
No Silly string, glitter, or water balloon
No Sparklers or Fireworks
No Nails, screws, or staples on walls.
If you must use command strips, please be sure that it does not damage
the walls.
No Animals (with the exception of registered service medical animals)
No Firearms allowed
No Adult Filming-Nudity
No Smoking or Vaping on the venue grounds, or around doorways of the venue
No Alcohol consumed by or provided to anyone under the age of 21
